When it came to our own wedding, we knew one thing for sure: dessert would be a big deal. And not just because we love to bake—but because we wanted to share something meaningful (and delicious!) with the people we love most.
So, we did what we do best.
We created over 150 cupcakes, carefully handcrafted with a mix of crowd-pleasing classics and flavour-packed surprises. Our goal? A dessert table that catered to every taste while showcasing the quality and creativity at the heart of LIEMS Baking Co.
Here’s what was on the menu:

Cherry Bakewell Cupcakes – almond sponge topped with cherry jam and a swirl of sweet icing

Biscoff Cupcakes – soft, spiced sponge with a caramel centre and Biscoff crumb finish

Strawberry Trifle Cupcakes (Gluten & Dairy Free) – light, fruity, and allergy-friendly without compromising on taste

Lemon Meringue Cupcakes (Gluten & Dairy Free) – zesty lemon curd nestled in sponge and topped with toasted meringue
Each cupcake was made fresh, with the same care and attention we bring to every order—proving that quantity doesn’t mean compromising on quality.
And just to add a little fun to the mix, we also created custom “Wednesday”-themed sweet bags—a playful nod to our favourite characters and a treat our guests absolutely loved.
